Soumilya Datta joined Citibank where he worked for 30 years. His roles involved responsibility to manage risk as a senior credit officer; P&L, Balance sheet and liquidity, Capital & Returns as Global Banking Treasurer/EM CFO and Chief operating/ administrative officer of EMEA Corporate banking. He is currently on the UK board of the 2nd largest Indian bank, Baroda, while providing Capital Market consultancy for Citibank.
Through the development of sound financial policies, client engagement, change management and strategic restructuring, he has always been focused on sustainable growth.

Tom brings over 30 years of project finance and risk management experience. He worked in managing director positions at JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, UBS and Swiss Re. At these firms, Mr. Skwarek has led project and structured finance teams arranging over $50 billion in debt and equity for corporate clients world-wide. He is currently on the board of a US energy company, Meridian Energy Group Inc, while continuing to act as an advisor/capital raising for large renewable projects.

Hugh has been the COO of Alta Berkeley since 2001, being responsible for the execution of a majority of Alta Berkeley VC transactions since joining, on investment and exit.
He has been involved in 100+ venture capital investments in the UK, Continental Europe, Israel and the USA. Participated in the management and/or the negotiation of 40+ domestic and cross border M&A transactions and involved in 20+ public offerings and the subsequent exit of the AB funds’.
He has actively participated in fund raising and management of investor relations including reporting (€200m+ raised over 5 venture funds). Also responsible for managing AB membership of the EU backed Eurotech Capital and European Commission programs and the legal and tax aspects of AB venture capital fund structures, investment transactions (investment and exit process) from a legal/tax angle.
